Retired Navy Chief Machinist Mate Charles O’Leary and his wife Kim O’Leary own Crystal On The Rocks. We specialize in semi-precious Gems and Minerals for Metaphysical purposes and beginner to advanced collectors, along with a large selection of beads, Kim handcrafts custom jewelry design, and repairs.
